Our General Manager, Michelle Carnahan, is a native of Azle, TX, but currently resides in the St. Andrews area with her fur baby, Loki. She is an Air Force Veteran where she was deployed to Qatar, in 2012, and served as an Emergency Action Controller in the Command Post. Michelle’s hobbies include gaming, sewing and anything creative. She loves computers and wants to continue her education in computer programming. She likes to relax by playing games, reading, and watching TV. One day, she’d like to travel to Ireland, Scotland, Japan, and Britain. Her ultimate life goal is to “be a person that people are glad to know.”

Our Field Operations Manager, Ashley Boyd, is a native of Columbia where she resides with her two awesome kids and Charlie the cat. She joined Deserved Comfort in 2007, and is responsible for training all technicians and performing quality inspections. In 2016, Ashley became an “IICRC Certified House Cleaning Technician” and was also awarded the “Professional Cleaner of the Year” by ARSCI. She has been instrumental in the growth and success of Deserved Comfort. Her hobbies include cooking and decorating. She loves going to the beach and hanging out with her children. To relax, she likes to watch movies and catch up on her sleep! Someday she’d like to travel the world and go skydiving!

Nicka, originally from the Camden SC, currently resides in Hopkins with her husband and daughter. She is addicted to Amazon, having received as many as 14 packages in one week! In her “off time”, she likes to spend time cooking, crafting and doing other fun activities with her family. Relaxing for her is spending time in the mountains. One day, she would love to travel to Rome! Her ultimate goal in life is for her and her family to continue to be happy and healthy!

Earlene, our shyest and most private technician, worked with Deserved Comfort for several years in the late 90’s, left us when she moved out of the area, but joined us again in 2008 when she returned to Columbia. She is very well loved by her long time clients and goes to extreme measures to ensure their satisfaction with her work. She is not only faithful to Deserved Comfort, but is very dedicated to her family and is also a mentor to young adults. She is a happy and easy going woman and is a true delight to be around!

She likes to relax by reading, especially books by Tamora Pierce. She is very proud of the custom work that she has done to each home she has lived in. Her coolest experience is skydiving. Someday, Sophie would like to visit New Zealand.
